The following coding system has been devised to aid you in finding particular information about a group’s meeting:

C – Closed Meeting for Alcoholics Only
O – Open Meeting
D – Discussion
H – Handicap Access
Agn – Agnostic
Beg – Beginner/Newcomer
LGBTQ – Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning
M – Men
POC – People Of Color
Sp – Spanish-speaking
W – Women
YP – Young People
Spk – Speaker
11th Step – Meditation
BB – Big Book
Lit – Literature

Searching For A Meeting

When looking for a specific meeting or meeting type, you can press Ctrl+F on your keyboard (Windows, Linux) or Command+F (Mac).

Enter any search term. A number will appear next to the up-down arrows. There are 18 instances on this page of “BigBook.” Use the up-down arrows to navigate through each search result. They will be highlighted in yellow or orange throughout the page:

On most mobile browsers, there should be a three-dot icon that you can tap on to have a menu display.
